We used Bloc Architecture for our open plan kitchen extension. We were very lucky to find him, he is honest and patient.

Alan made the whole process stress free from start to finish. At the time we decided to not go ahead with it but two years on he was still there for us. Alan is very knowledgeable and provided us with outstanding level of support and advice throughout the whole process including the build. He recommended a good builder and helped source the perfect skylights. Alan is professional and always prompt with communication. I would not hesitate to use Alan again and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

It was the first time to have an extension for my property. I had no idea of doing everything, including any documents, procedure, an application of planning permission, design………. Alan was a good listener and understood what I needed and made me to get the full picture. He delivered his professional service and knowledge during the whole project. Bloc was Referred to us via a friend who's extension he designed. From our very first meeting with him we knew we would be using him, he was very communicative, very down to earth, and gave us ideas we had not thought of straight away. We had look at other architects (obviously) in comparison Bloc's prices were very reasonable, especially given the quality he offers. He worked with us patiently to come to a final design, which when done is going to look amazing! Every builder we have spoken to has said the design is nothing like they have seen before. Our 2up, 2 down is going to look really special thanks to this company. I have since referred Bloc to others and would not hesitate to use them again.
